Q. I'm a new member. How do I use my discounts and services membership or card?
A. Just consult your member handbook or call our toll-free number, 1-888-678-6300, to talk to your Vantage Customer Service Representative. It's that easy!
Q. I spend a lot of money every month on prescription drugs. Can you get them for me for less?
A. We sure can! Use your membership to buy prescription drugs from a network of pharmacies nationwide, including participating drug stores in your area. You can save even more if you use our mail-order pharmacy service and let your letter carrier "go to the drug store" for you.
Q. I have a lot of medical costs that neither my insurance nor Medicare will cover.
A. Bills for dentists, chiropractors, eye doctors, and hearing care can sure add up. That's why the plans include important discounts on dental care, vision care, chiropractic, and hearing care. You can save as much as $300 on hearing aids alone!
Q. I already have good health insurance. Why do I need this too?
A. Because even the best health insurance programs usually require you to pay 100% of a deductible, and then a percentage of covered costs. And many insurance programs don't pay anything at all for such things as vision care, chiropractic, and dental care.
Q. Do I have to fill out a lot of paperwork to take advantage of my discounts? Is there a deductible?

A. Go online and click the “Find a Provider” button and follow the directions or just call 1-888-678-6300 toll-free for the answer.
 Find out who the participating doctors, dentists, hearing and vision care specialists, and chiropractors are, too.
Q. How often can I use my membership?
A. It's up to you. There's no limit on the number of times you or family members can use your plan.
